We have implemented the new Porsche Data Layer into DWaaS. In doing so, we gather high quality first party data and and enable tracking of the entire customer journey with consistent information across all digital touchpoints. Of course, we provide the data in Google Analytics Dashboards for each dealer.
One of the major advantages of DWaaS is the deep integration into the Porsche ecosystem. Part of the roadmap is an interface with C@P, integration of Porsche Finder inventory, and Service Booking via My Porsche.
